Compliance Tracker is a software application designed to help public authorities comply with the Access to Information Legislation: FOI, EIR and DPA. (See the description.) It is a web application running on a Linux or Windows computer that is accessed via standard web browsers.

Compliance Tracker uses web server software (Apache is recommended) and a MySQL database. It is written in PHP and includes ALL the source code. Screens use templates so that they can be easily modified without code changes.

Although Compliance Tracker will suit the majority of public authorities Compliance Tracker is designed for easy customisation. It can be customised on 3 levels:

Look and Feel    Screens use templates so that they can be easily modified without code changes. Logos, colours, text and layout can be added or modified.

Custom Fields    Custom fields can be added as required without code changes.

Internal Logic    All source code is provided with Compliance Tracker. A programmer with scripting experience can easily tailor Compliance Tracker to create a bespoke system.

Compliance Tracker Server

A complete Linux or Windows Web server preloaded with Compliance Tracker. We offer this option as some of our customers do not have an existing server and although Compliance Tracker is a secure web application, prefer to run Compliance Tracker on an internal Intranet (Local or wide area private network) at their offices. This alternative also does not require an Internet connection.

Compliance Tracker Hosting 

A service whereby we host your Compliance Tracker on a dedicated or shared server. 

This is a cost effective alternative for organizations who are not able to install and maintain Compliance Tracker or prefer to subscribe to a service rather than purchasing a software license.

Users would have full access to Compliance Tracker via a Web browser and user name and password.
