Q.    Why is Compliance Tracker so reasonably priced compared to other solutions? What are the hidden costs?

A.    Compliance Tracker uses mature software developed specifically for tracking that has been applied to a wide variety of applications. You are paying for the application of technology to FOI, not the 100+ man years of development that went into this technology.

We are selling a tailored software product, not an open ended software development or tailoring project.

There are no hidden costs. Compliance Tracker uses an open source environment (Apache Webserver, MySQL and PHP) that is standard and no cost on most Linux servers and service providers. Compliance Tracker will also run on Windows with the added open source environment.

Q.    Many solutions available are bespoke or tailored individually for customers, how can Compliance Tracker suit a wide variety of customers?

A.    As Compliance Tracker is designed to generally meet the parameters set by FOI, EIR and DPA, it should suit most requirements. (See the description) We recognize that customers may need to customize Compliance Tracker, so we include ALL source code (PHP Scripts) that make up the Compliance Tracker Product. Customers, or our certified integrators can customize Compliance Tracker as required. We use templates so that "look and feel" changes can be made quickly and independently of logic changes.

Q.    We don't have a web server. How can we get up and running quickly?

A.    We can provide you with a pre-configured web server, or we can host your application.

Q.    What are the limitations in terms of users and number of requests?

A.    Compliance Tracker licensing has no pre-configured user or request limitations. You are limited only by your hardware and your bandwidth.
